- The first weigh-in will be April 25. Try to come in during your lunch time, and at least before the end of the day. Personal weight will remain anonymous (I promise). Please be consistent with your attire on weigh in days. For example, if you weigh in on the first day with your shoes on, you will be weighing in with shoes on throughout the competition.
- Money needs to be paid by April 29, $25 per person.
- No one will be eliminated from the competition :)
- Weigh-ins will be held every Monday to track progress and provide motivation.
- A weigh-in will be held on the last calendar school day (June 3). The person who has the highest percentage weight loss up to this point will receive their $25 entry fee back. This provides incentive to have a good start to the competition!
- After June 3rd, you will be left on your own to maintain the progress you have achieved.
- In August (date not set, will depend on when our first day back is) we will have the final weigh in and the Cultural Studies Biggest Loser will be announced and receive his or her reward.
- Everyone will be a winner in the end as long as you make a consistent effort to improve your health!
- Good luck!
